Terms of Use

UPDATED ยท JUNE 2026

Welcome to TrackYourRecord. These Terms govern your use of the TrackYourRecord application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use TrackYourRecord

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

If you are using TrackYourRecord with a coach, you are responsible for choosing that coach and deciding what information you share with them.

What TrackYourRecord is

TrackYourRecord is a strength-training tracking tool. It helps you log workouts, track progress, review training history, and optionally share short technique videos with a coach you choose to connect with.

TrackYourRecord is a software tool. It is not a medical service, healthcare provider, physical therapy service, or certified coaching service.

Health and training responsibility

Strength training involves risk. You are responsible for training safely, using appropriate judgment, and stopping any activity that causes pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.

TrackYourRecord does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation advice, or individualized professional coaching. Any recommendations, progress indicators, or training suggestions shown in the Service are for general tracking assistance only.

Always consult a qualified doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified coach when appropriate.

Plans and the Founder Pilot

TrackYourRecord may offer Free, Coach Plan, Trial, and Lifetime tiers. Available features can vary between tiers and may change as the Service evolves.

TrackYourRecord is currently in a Founder Pilot phase. During this phase, features may be made available free of charge to selected users in order to collect feedback, measure retention, and validate the product. Access granted during the Founder Pilot may change at any time. There is no guarantee that pilot access remains free or permanent, and pilot access may be reduced, modified, or revoked as the Service evolves toward a commercial offering.

Plans may otherwise be assigned manually by the TrackYourRecord team. Payment processing may be added later.

Coach access

If you connect a coach, you authorize that coach to view the training information made available through the Service, which may include profile information, workout history, progress data, bodyweight logs, notes, PRs, recommendations, and active training videos.

You can revoke coach access from within the Service. After access is revoked, the coach should no longer have access to your current training data through TrackYourRecord, subject to normal technical processing time.

TrackYourRecord is not responsible for the professional qualifications, advice, conduct, or actions of any coach invited by a trainee.

Your content

You own the workouts, notes, feedback, and videos you upload or create through the Service.

You grant TrackYourRecord a limited license to store, process, transmit, display, and delete this content solely as needed to operate the Service for you and, where applicable, your connected coach.

Training videos are temporary review assets. They are not intended for permanent storage. See the Video Deletion Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights.
  • Upload videos or personal data of another person without permission.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, videos, or private information.
  • Bypass security controls, plan restrictions, storage protections, or access permissions.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse coaches, trainees, or other users.
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, overload, or interfere with the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how training videos and account data are handled.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

TrackYourRecord does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every training situation. TrackYourRecord does not guarantee specific training results, strength improvements, injury prevention, or technical correctness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackYourRecord is not responsible for injuries, training decisions, coach feedback, user-generated content, or actions taken based on information shown in the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackYourRecord and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of use, injury, business interruption, or other damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time.

TrackYourRecord may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security risks, or violate applicable law.

Changes to the Service and Terms

TrackYourRecord is an evolving MVP product. Features may be changed, added, limited, or removed over time.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify users of material changes where practical. Continued use after the change date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Israel, unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer protection law.
