TrackYourRecord is a strength-training tracking tool. It is not medical advice, healthcare advice, physical therapy, rehabilitation guidance, nutrition advice, or certified coaching.
TrackYourRecord does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, registered dietitian, qualified strength coach, or other licensed professional.
Consult a professional
Before starting or changing any training program, consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pain, previous surgery, cardiovascular risk, are pregnant, are returning after a long break, or are unsure whether strength training is appropriate for you.
Train within your ability
Strength training involves physical risk. You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercises, loads, technique, equipment, and training frequency.
Use loads appropriate to your current capacity. Warm up properly. Use safe equipment and an appropriate training environment.
Stop immediately if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, numbness, sudden weakness, faintness, or any symptom that feels abnormal or concerning. Seek medical help when appropriate.
Technique and video review
TrackYourRecord may allow you to upload short training videos for review by a coach you choose to connect with.
Video review is limited by camera angle, lighting, video quality, missing context, and the coach's own judgment. A video does not provide a complete assessment of your health, technique, mobility, injury risk, or training readiness.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow any feedback you receive.
Coach feedback
Any feedback you receive from a coach inside the app is part of the relationship between you and that coach.
TrackYourRecord does not verify coach credentials, supervise coach feedback, review coach feedback, endorse coach feedback, or guarantee that coach feedback is accurate, safe, complete, or appropriate for your situation.
TrackYourRecord is not responsible for the advice, conduct, qualifications, decisions, or actions of any coach invited by a trainee.
Recommendations and analytics
Progress charts, PR detection, consistency indicators, volume calculations, and training recommendations are informational signals based on the data you log.
They are not prescriptions, medical instructions, rehabilitation plans, or individualized professional coaching. Logged data may be incomplete, inaccurate, or missing important context.
Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
No guarantee of results
TrackYourRecord does not guarantee strength gains, improved technique, injury prevention, weight change, training success, or any specific result.
Training outcomes depend on many factors outside the Service, including your health, recovery, sleep, nutrition, technique, consistency, coaching, and personal circumstances.
Emergency situations
Do not use TrackYourRecord for emergencies or urgent medical situations. If you experience a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Assumption of risk
Strength training carries inherent risks, including injury, aggravation of existing conditions, and other physical harm.
By using TrackYourRecord, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your own training decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Future AI features
TrackYourRecord may include AI-related features in the future. Unless explicitly stated in the app, AI video analysis is not active in the current MVP.
If AI features are added later, AI feedback should be treated as informational assistance only and not as medical advice, professional coaching, or a substitute for human judgment.
